We had a spectacular dinner and excellent service at Birches!
Prime Rib Benedict was outstanding as was the view from the deck! Loved this place and can't wait to go back.
I like everything about this place . Service,food,atmosphere and the mix of people. All ages. Not many places have a lake, music, a brewpub and fine dining. What a gem.
The grilled romaine salad is wonderful!! Good for lunch alone or shared with something else!
I find it interesting that birches posts their support to remember the veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice for Memorial Day weekend but blocked off their parking lot to the people of long lake who were going to the cemetery for the service on Memorial Day. I know this upset a lot of residents of the area who have gone to this service for years and never had a problem using the parking lot into birches moved in. Hopefully next year they will truly support Memorial Day and the people of long lake.
Great location. Fantastic food, friendly staff & BEER! I will be grabbing a Growler with each time I pass by to share with my beer loving cohorts.
I have been to many Breweries across the U.S. And the beer here is by far the best. And the staff is great also.
The best service and food are top notch. I can not wait for this summer the view will be spectacular!
Had Breakfast, Pricey and it was just breakfast. Can't really go wrong with that right... they charged for our snit (they make their own beer). Hopefully they will get it together for another try.
