Beer and Bar selection is great, food is ok...burger that I had was a little on the dry side, and the menu seemed a bit limited for a brewery pub. I would recommend to friends.

I had the most delicious Thanksgiving meal yesterday. I hadn't been to Birch's before and wasn't sure what to expect, but the view was lovely and peaceful overlooking the lake, the food was truly excellent and all the staff were extremely kind and hospitable. Thank-you so much!
Last night was the first time we ate at Birch's, and it was outstanding! The flatbread app with lamb sausage and the walleye were delicious. The sour beer was worth the trip alone. We will definitely be back!

The food... excuse me... the cuisine is exceptional and NOT the same old same old "off the truck" fair you find at too many restaurants. The beers are very unique and the servers are clearly passionate about it and always generous with samples and insight into each brew. - - - Eric

This is my first visit to Birches, but will definitely go again. I love nearby, so could become a "regular." I went to the beer hall downstairs and sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and offered small samples. I thought the beer was excellent, and really enjoyed the coffee chocolate golden ale. I ordered a burger and fries, nothing fancy, but it was served quickly. I followed up with an IPA, which was also very good. Overall I had a good experience and will definitely go back.
Beautiful place, wonderful meal. A great place for a special occasion, a date, or night out. Destination dining at its finest. We had an amazing time!
