Our experience with Richmond American Home was incredibly disappointing. During the home inspection walkthrough, instead of addressing the issues we brought up, the supervisor, Jerry, started shouting at the homeowner. She was speaking calmly and respectfully, so there was absolutely no excuse for his aggressive behavior. As a man, you simply don’t shout at a woman, especially when she’s being polite.
