RecommendedI moved to Portland a little over a month ago, about five blocks from the bipartisan cafe. What a treat. I feel so lucky to have such a place of solace so close. I've tried almost every quiche they make. How can you not when they're $3 and perfect? The best so far was the zucchini Swiss & prosciutto. Heavens to Betsy are you kidding me.
