Instant service. Within a day they did a survey (free of charge) within 3 days they were back and sealed up our kitchen. Hopefully this works for our issue, and if not... its guaranteed and they will come back to resolve the issue. Its a win win for everyone!
We called BioTech for a mouse infestation and was able to schedule an inspection a week later. Dustin was able to identify the entry points, answer our questions and gave us information on prevention steps. Calvin came to seal off entry points and did a thorough job. We have not had any mice/droppings appear since! We were happy with the timely and efficient service.
These folks are fast, reliable and they do really great work.
John was amazing!! I am so grateful BioTech agreed to literally go the extra mile and come out to my house in VA to help us get rid of these mice. I had used BioTech a couple years ago at my condo in Takoma Park, and the mice problem was solved immediately!! Plugging entry points from the inside out is the way to go. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
