No indication on bill that they were missing insurance information., Obviously they have my age so why not bill medicare. When I asked, Katie said they don't have time because they have 5,000 accounts. DO NOT PAY YOUR BIOTECH bill until you phone regarding your insurance. They are trying to scam people.
