Best! Ashley from Bionic Emergency was very helpful over the phone. She understood that I was experiencing an emergency and had team members from the company at my house within the hour. The rain was not going to stop and neither was all the water going into my home, as soon as the team arrived they spotted the issue and began to work in order to close out the water from entering my home. Amazing! The team sent from Bionic Emergency were very responsive. We had water damage and leaking in our crawl space, and we couldn’t find where it was coming from. Not only did they clean the job, but they came back again as a courtesy to try to find the source which they did. Experienced and proactive workers.

Amazing I loved working with Bionic Emergency Services! They were very professional and had so much experience, they saw how stressed out I was and really helped me by showing they had everything under control. They fixed the smoke damage in my kitchen quickly and it really looks better then before!

Very professional! Bionic Emergency is simply quick, reliable, and budget friendly. I had a leak in my roof, and they had it taken care of within a day. They cleaned all the issues the leak had caused and closed it completely so no more water came into my home. They are very professional and really know what they are doing. Last week I was very stressed out because of a washing machine overflow. I called Bionic Emergency Services to help me out and they did a great job! They calmed me down and made sure I knew I was in great hands. They worked very hard to restore the damage. It now looks as if nothing ever happened! Bionic Emergency Services restored my bathroom from water damage! They were very professional, they worked very hard throughout the process, and even made it quick since it was the only restroom I had in my home. They are wonderful with their customer service, they cared about my issue and it showed. My restroom was restored and looked just like it did before the water damage!
