I was out of town when one of our pipes began to leak. My wife was home and had to deal with the whole mess by herself. Our Bionic Project Supervisor, Tristan Rodriguez made the process easy to understand and walked my wife through the whole process to where she was comfortable. He explained options to her and even did a conference call with me so we could make the right decisions for us and our situation. We experienced a leak in the middle of the night and our plumber recommended this company. They came out at 3:30 am and immediately started to remove the water and dry our home. Bionic was a life saver. Fantastic job!

Jerry Anderson and his team did a great job, arriving on a Sunday after a burst water pipe flooded our living room, kitchen, laundry and hallway. At first I thought, “how could this leak travel so far?”, but it left water stains and algae 7” high inside my kitchen cabinets, once they were torn out and I could see the damage. Getting Bionics there was a good call for their water mitigation service.

Water damage hit our home when our water heater leaked. Our plumber with Abacus Plumbing suggested we call the guys at BIONIC. We were taken great care of and they removed our fear of using out insurance for the damages. Thank you to Jesus and Andre. We also worked with John Michael and he handled all the repairs. We had a plumbing leak that flooded our home. Bionic took care of everything. They responded faster than any other company we called. They cleaned up the mess. Removed all necessary water damaged materials, dried everything with fans and dehumidifiers and treated for mold. They handled the insurance claim and communications with the insurance company.
