I’m sorry to hear of your experience Jessica! I somehow never saw this come across. I try to address any issues we have. Unfortunately it is hard to get good employees who care. We try our hardest to keep the ones that look at our business as we do. It’s not just business it’s about family and small businesses caring about each and every person that comes in.
This place has the best fatting fries and tots. Wish they'd put more in the large tator tots. Price went up. But there burgers are super great to. Beware bring empty belly if ya order the Bionic buger is big. But super good. Enjoy a great meal.

the store at ridge rd and central..... ive been eating there and the dog&shake. because I care about home town friendly places. the food is always great. spent many of rainstorms. eating and waiting out the storms. itw a Wichita area to do if your new to Wichita. you have to stop in and step bk in time just for the meal....
Me and my family drive 80 miles round trip every chance we get to eat at Bionic Burger on Harry street by St Joseph hospital.
It would be better. However after spending $16.00 they feel I need to spend another $0.26 for some ranch dressing to go with my onion rings.
