My husband and I wanted a hamburger last night so we decided to try Bionic Burger since they have a drive thru and we are not eating inside restaurants. We have eaten at Bionic burger one other time since covid happened and the window person had a mask on which we appreciate. I live 70 miles from Wichita, and for many years made Bionic Burger a must eat stop when in town. A few years ago I noticed the quality slipping away, but one location still seemed to consistently put out great burgers, so I would go out of my way to hit that one location. Now, to my disappointment, the food quality has slipped there too. The double cheeseburger was flattened, dry, and slightly burnt, cheese was present but lacking. We ate then regretted making that our "one meal in Wichita". For me this is an end to an era.... read more

The bison burger with cheese bacon and fried onions was delicious
Food was awful... Fries were limp and yuck. Burgers were nothing to wanna finish. We threw the food away when we should have taken it back for a refund... Maybe the food was good once there but is horrible and not worth the money and drive... Thumbs down....
1st time I ordered from there, had to make another trip to get rest of food. My food at home was cold... Will not go back
I've been a bionic Burger customer since they opened up and I am now 49 years old and so is my other half the last three times we went there the food tastes different the fries are not soft anymore nor do they taste homemade very disappointed that they've lost their consistency and flavor profile...being a business owner myself I know this is important and I think you guys might want to take a look at what you're serving your customers and check out the quality of yourselves as owners otherwise customer service was great and... read more
