My family and I went to the Bionic Burger in Haysville and the food was not good and the service was terrible. We usually go to the one located on Harry and we have never had any issues. The people are nice and the food is always fresh and good. From now on I will either make the extra drive or not go to Bionic Burger.
I went to the 21st and Woodlawn store and had the best experience I’ve ever had in a long time Joshua helped me he was very patient with me as I was deciding what I wanted to order and he was very polite and pleasant. I will return to this location because of him! Thanks Joshua.
I normally have a great Experience at Bionic Burger. On August 19, 2018 at 11:24am I recieved my order and the fries were old but reheated to seem fresh. The food came faster then normal and whats interesting my order came before the customers who placed there order before mine. Good chance I will not go back to the 660 N Ridge location.
Great food
It just makes me sad thinking about how good the fries use to be here and them slowing changing to thinner cut and how uneven they are cooked now... I loved the thick-cut fries with cheese sauce and am craving it today, so just thinking of the disappointment! Use to still have thick-cut at one location, but not anymore.
