Recommendedno matter where you go, we will always have one or two staff members who aren't very pleasant...most of the staff there are super nice and treat you well.
MOST of the staff is super nice however there are those few... but ladies if you plan on donating here and you aren’t wearing a bra they will have a nurse come in and tell you that you have to wear one while donating, my breast we’re not exposed in any way I was wearing a tank top that is a dark gray and is in no way see through not only that I had a blanket that I had draped over my shoulders covering my breast the whole time I was waiting in line as well as in the building. when I first started donating I don’t recall read... read more
the staff is amazing and I'm really going to miss vikki welcoming us whe. we get there she has always been a positive person and brought a great vibe and attitude to your facility. everyone is awesome give and take one or two staff members that need more customer service skills oh and please ask the management to provide a comment box for us to provide any concerns that us clients can provide.
Biomat almost killed me once. They messed up my line and hours went by before they realized there was a puddle of blood underneath my bed. They took a litter of plasma and over a liter of blood was on the floor. In response they gave me a gatorade and immediately kicked me out and said i wouldn't be able to come back for 4 months. Took months to feel normal again after that and they took zero responsibility. Never going back
because they never except me any more I have to wait so long before they turn me around and cut me lose.
Are used to go there but I quit going because employees were rude and unprofessional
