Absolutely love this location. Super clean, well run. Staff are great.
Look, I benefit from this place. I make a good amount of money, most of the workers are kind, and the process is usually straightforward. The issue is the staff is beyond unprofessional at times. Constant bickering and arguing with each other makes it difficult to sit in the donation floor for the time that it takes to complete the donation. I've never seen so much hostility in a customer facing workforce. I'm very seriously considering changing centers, to one further away from where I live, to avoid the conduct that the wo... read more
They switched to larger collection bottles, which clogs the filter all the time, making you take longer when donating. Now they pay people even less to donate. So I take longer to donate and get paid even less. This place isn't worth it anymore.
Just went and had a great experience! The employees are great, I’ve specifically had a really positive experience with Abby. She exudes professionalism and always helps me have a comfortable experience!!
