Absolutely horrible. You have to make an appointment to donate, and whatever time you make your appointment, don't expect to even begin donating until at least an hour and a half after that. Better clear your entire day if you plan on donating here. The employees are lazy and rude aside from two twin brothers. They do 90% of the work. Everyone else just stands around and looks bored/stupid.

I never leave reviews on Google Maps, but after reading these 1 star reviews I felt obligated to leave a proper review so these rating are in alignment with reality. First of all, I don't think it's fair to leave a 1 star review based on 1 experience, which is what most of these bad reviews did. After countless donations over many weeks, this plasma donation center deserves 5 stars. Most of my donating sessions have lasted 1 - 1:30 hours.
