if changes are made I'll change the review. appointments need to come back. almost 2 hours to even be hooked up. good thing I can pump fast. i don't even do this for the money, but my time is important. The staff looks stressed with short staffs, which i would assume if someone called in the appointments available should be less available that day. the staff is wonderful so I hope corporate does something so they don't get burnt out or quit. it's basically a circus right now. 😢

Matt the supervisor treated me so terribly, i have never been treated like this before. After donating for 4-6 months that they could no longer accommodate me because they did not have the black cuff to check my bp. Once I expressed my frustration he then told me since i had an attitude he was not going to pay me 30.00. I was not asking for the 30.00. Very Unhappy with the new pay scale. If this doesn't go back to the way it was by next month I'll be done donating here.
By far the worse experience ever!! Never will I go again!!
Most of the staff is friendly. Good way to help save lifes and earn extra money.
Awful! Waited 2.5 hours into my wait to tell me they were understaffed and I was looking at another 3-4 hours. Second time I have wasted my time😠
They fail to explain to you before you become a dedicated donor that at the beginning of each month your donation pay goes back down to first donation pay. Apparently they have so many donors that the people like myself who come in twice a week they can easily let go of. Not worth your time or plasma. Can't express enough do your research before getting haggled.
