I couldn’t donate to these people if my life depended on it. An entire month of trying to get in and being turned away because of “low iron”. Fine, I accept that. But I finally have my numbers in order only to once again be turned away because I came in with a “brace” for a sore wrist due to carpal tunnel syndrome. In all my wasted visits, they pummel you full of questions about HIV and STDs but not once did anyone say anything about carpal tunnel, only when I came in wearing a brace did it become a “problem”. Just left the donation center after having to wait almost 2 hours just to be seen for my physical. They decided to see someone who had barely gotten there rather than the ones who had been sitting and waiting for hours. I had an appointment and everything. I come here quite often but unfortunately I just don't have time to take almost 4 hours out of my day. If you plan on donating, and especially if you need a physical make sure your day is cleared.
Highly recommend staff here are veryful helpful
Kat, was so friendly and such a kind soul, made me feel so comfortable to get a needle in my arm.
