It takes too long to get checked in. All the questions can be done through the app. Then I waited over an hour to get to a donation station. If I have a scheduled appointment I should not have to wait an hour because people are walking in off the street! And don't overbook the schedule.. The manager called and gave some corporate speach about how they don't let people donate with an appointment and they don't take walk-ins unless there is some abnormal circumstances. Staff has been very helpful in answering any questions and concerns I have. I would definitely have to say though that Danailie is by far my favorite phlebotomist! She is such a sweetheart! She really knows what she is doing and always does a great job! AJ is also amazing and he is another one of my favorites! He is super enthusiastic and always fun to talk to! Please make him a manager or give him some kind of promotion!! He deserves it!!
My experience here was absolutely top shelf. The employees were very professional, Ansley was great with her obligations, Adrian, was extremely professional. I am a first time donor and towards the end of my session, I began to black out. My hands started to lock up and fall asleep. I notified Ansley and she rushed right to me and was very calm, cool and collective. Adrian helped assist the situation and everything was handled appropriately. WASTE OF TIME, they reel you in with the promise of 800 dollars and 2-3 100 dollar donations but after that they’ll lie to your face and tell you you’ll continue to make that when in reality they only give you 45-50 dollars. They make tens of thousands of dollars off of us spending 2-3 hours there because they move at the pace of sloths and only give us 40 bucks?? Make it make sense. Do better BioLife.
Libby was at the vitals station and was very proactive getting things ahead of time to get me checked up and ready to donate quickly! Very appreciated!
