This Biolife is newer (2 years old). Clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly. First time donors, can expect to be in, and out within 2 hours. After that, 60 minutes start to finish should be the norm. The 2 negative reviews on google maps/reviews should be deleted, because they absolutely do not represent the care, and quality of service you receive from these people..
