I talked up this place time and time again. Now I see why all the negative reviews. I love to do this to save lives but my family needs the money and today you SCREWED me big time. I was told I was cleared to come back in and donate, I changed my afternoon work schedule so I could get in a donation today and still get this months bonus. It's like an assembly line--people only seem to know their own little part. Any issue outside their narrow tunnel of training will not be dealt with swiftly nor professionally. I've been deferred for a month so far without anyone being able to tell me when it will be lifted. No one knows the doctor's schedule, or where his/her notes are, or where my chart is...
