So what I like about BioLife is that you can go for an hour and they will watch your kids you make an appointment you go..then you have time to yourself people there are usually really friendly Tommy. Andre. Maria.chris. destiny. and people that work there are pretty awesome and you get to know the people so you feel comfortable with them,when they have to poke you with a needle to draw for blood. it's hard to go when you have certain people that you can't trust and it's hard to have a preference and it's your right to have ... read more
I recently submitted a survey that was emailed to me and I put the guys name incorrectly!!! I thought it was Jimmy, but I meant TOMMY!! He’s one of the best ones! Super welcoming and makes the process a breeze!! Please give him the recognition he so deserves!!
Online scheduling system messed up my appointment time and as a result I was turned away after driving 20 miles to get there. No one answered the phone. Staff wasn't very helpful or accommodating. The facility is loud and full of people. I'm willing to change my review if I have a better experience at my rescheduled appointment, but this was not a very good first impression. The first appointment took longer than I expected, but everyone was really nice through the entire thing. If you are looking to donate, this is definitely the place.
I love Bio Life. Been donating for a long time. The people are nice and friendly. Makes me feel good to save a life.
