Better informing their customers about How and What exactly to eat and when before a plasma donation so they do not have tro drive an hour there and and hour and a half back in traffic to be turned away!!!
False advertising is the biggest problem here and they are not willing to show you any policies to back up their statements with facts😡 They simply say whatever to get you in EVERYONE DONATING SHOULD DONATE AT BPL PLASMA. I have never had any problems with what they advertise there❗️and when questioning anything at BIOLIFE the manager will say bc I know the rules or bc I said so🙅🏽♀️ that’s so unprofessional and rude❗️❗️❗️
During my experience at around 10AM on 6/28/19, the front desk employees were incredibly rude, curt, and completely disingenuous. They were cracking jokes to each other about how underpaid they are, and I ended up feeling so uncomfortable I left as I was on the phlebotomist's chair before I was able to donate plasma. I tried to stick it out in order to supplement my income and help the cause but I just could not go against my gut which was telling me in no uncertain terms that this was not a good place to trust with a medica... read more
Normally everything is great here, it's relaxing they have been improving on their efficiency but lately they scheduling app has been cancelling appointments if they aren't made the same day. I've had 2 cancelled in the last few days. I was able to catch the first one but not the second one. hopefully they fix it soon.
why Biolife plasma is far from south Austin .. heard alot Good stuff about Biolife Mangment . employees from people .. keep it up Biolife plasma great place to donate ♥️
Quick fast and awesome service
love that they got daycare
they are well organised and their staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable and the play room for the kids is great. I get paid to have two quiet moments a week.
