Very friendly, new what he was doing, on time!
Nice enough guy, some dirt left on walls from vacuum device. Equipment was on hand trucks that would have had bare metal on my hardwood floors if I hadn't been paying attention, and tech did not have contractor "booties" or anything to not track in dirt/snow. Not all vents were replaced completely. Furnace didn't really get cleaned.

I would have liked to see the amount of "crud" gotten from the cleaning. The gentleman was very polite and knew what he was doing. I think a phone call would have been nice to know that the tech was running late
The technician was polite, pleasant to talk to, and answered my questions.
Our experience with Ben was phenomenal! From the first phone conversation, the prompt appt. and the professional way he Proceeded with testing. He was so compassionate with dealing With the situation that mandated testing ASAP! I would refer Anyone to call Bio-Tech and Ben!
Did real good work and were true to their word. Did what I asked with no additional charges.
I would highly recommend them.
The staff was very pleasant, polite and offered to explain the process.
They were clean and on-time. Courteous and followed up to be sure we were happy with the service
