The initial inspection showed no mold, so he recommended no air test, only primer with odor-blocking properties. The inspection was free. And no more work was needed from that company.

Ben did a very nice job. He appeared at the door at the appointed time and he was very courteous. He explained to me my options and I told him to go ahead with the testing on all three floors. He then told me when to expect the results. I was very satisfied as this removed a potential concern that I might have had.
I called Ben at Bio-Tech and within 2 days he came to our house to give us an estimate, which was almost $2000.00 less expensive than the other company I contacted. Work was completed within 2 weeks!
