The tehnician arrived on time. He took the time to walk the area with me to be sure we both understood what was going to be done. He explained the process and was very polite, courteous and professional. He performed the job in an efficient manner and for a fair price.
The initial inspection showed no mold, so he recommended no air test, only primer with odor-blocking properties. The inspection was free. And no more work was needed from that company.
Very prompt reply to my inquiry. "Ben" from Bio-Tec answered all my questions and delivered on everything that was promised. Great job Ben and Bio-Tec!
Ben did a very nice job. He appeared at the door at the appointed time and he was very courteous. He explained to me my options and I told him to go ahead with the testing on all three floors. He then told me when to expect the results. I was very satisfied as this removed a potential concern that I might have had.
I called Ben at Bio-Tech and within 2 days he came to our house to give us an estimate, which was almost $2000.00 less expensive than the other company I contacted. Work was completed within 2 weeks! Travis did the work & his efficiency & clean-up was great! I would highly recommend this company to do mold removal! Deb Q in St. Paul
Tested for mold, and did a great job of explaining about mold.
Very nice and friendly person! Ben Johnson. Very informative!
Professional, made sure everything was clean
