The person who came and gave the estimate was professional and prompt. However, I was not able to be there when the work was done and it was not done as described in the estimate (shortcuts were taken). My sister-in-law was there when the work was done and she was not aware of the details, so paid with a check for the full amount. A phone call and email to the company requesting a partial refund was met with excuses and "explanations" and no refund. I would only use them again if I couldn't find someone else.
While their rates are high for my budget, they were able to give a firm estimate. Very nice job. Friendly and personable. I'd call them again.

The technician was prompt and courteous. The vent cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. The clothes dryer vent involved climbing onto my roof and it was completed safely.
The tehnician arrived on time. He took the time to walk the area with me to be sure we both understood what was going to be done. He explained the process and was very polite, courteous and professional. He performed the job in an efficient manner and for a fair price.
