I got a cleaning from a hygienist I had never... I got a cleaning from a hygienist I had never met. She said she usually worked only on Fridays, but she was substituting for someone else. It was a little frustrating because my chart was not up-to-date for some reason, and it contained no indication that I had been there in the last year.
