Omar appeared very knowledgeable and fair. He was able to tell me that I needed to replace a few parts in my leaking fridge and gave me a quote. After agreeing, he installed the new parts in my fridge. Within 24 hours, the fridge was leaking again. He said that he would need to come back to clean out the ice buildup which was causing the problem. He told me he was coming everyday for two weeks and never showed up.
