They take time to explains things to you. They do not pressure you into anything. I could not believe they did fellow up on blood test the next day. I been to a couple of different vets and they told me they would fellow up and never did.
Thank you so much to Dr Jim Dechand and the entire Pet Wellness Clinics for taking care of my girl, Baby. She’s recovering nicely and really as though nothing even happened. I know she is thrilled to have those awful teeth out that were long overdue. We got blood work values good enough to give her a last dental so we went for it! I’m so glad I did too because her quality of life will be so much better in her last years she has with me. The people that I met this morning at Binford Pet Wellness Clinic were all very friendly, professiomal and concerned for the welfare of our Brownie. They took care of grooming, nail care, physical inspections, blood analysis, vaccine injections, explaining what was done and what needed to be done in a caring and friendly manner. I am well please with our choice to take Brownie to this Vet.
They are so kind to our pet and treat him like their own!
First time customer experience was great! Beautiful clinic - friendly and knowledgeable staff, and fair and competitive pricing for services, vaccinations, medications, etc.
Great friendly staff. They’re always friendly and greet us by our name and are very gentle with my pets.
