Thorough and caring professionals. They handled my anxious fear aggressive pup well and remained understanding and kind to him, it made all the difference as he left happy and friendly versus hyperventilating even with pre-appt anxiety meds at his last place that claimed to be "Fear Free". Great value in the Prime Pet Membership and discounted early detection blood panel. Happy to switch both my pups here.

Took my Bronx & Scarlett to this location and it’s safe to say, we will be loyal to them from here on out! The techs are informative and professional and made sure I understood the aftercare of my males surgery.
Clean and friendly! They took great care of my fur baby.
Dr. Darden is the best! She is such a great doctor and always has my babies’ best interest at heart. And always gives personalized care. Could not be any happier with our choice of veterinarian or clinic since we started coming to Binford 7 years ago!

I took my dog to the Springmill Pet Wellness Clinic earlier this week where he tested positive for heartworm disease TWICE. I was devastated because he has always been on hearworm medication. They told me they were very concerned and needed to do additional bloodwork to send off to a lab for further testing. His labwork came back that he was NEGATIVE for heartworm. I don't feel like I should have to pay for the $130 worth of bloodwork that was done because this clinic chose to use a test that yields inaccurate results.

Great staff of caring people. My dogs love them and they are always so nice and helpful. Everyone is also very knowledgeable and have taken great care of our Dobermans. We have every confidence in their services and staff and would recommend them to everyone!
