Horrible customer service!!! Missing 15lbs of wax in my order. Then was accused of using the code on the internet too many times, in fact I made a purchased and used one. My mother made two purchases and used one code for free clam shells and order more clam shells and paid for the other 50 that she ordered. We live at two separate addresses. Frequent buyer here! Horrible customer service lady I dont even bother calling with a complaint. Pumpkin scent smells like gingerbread which is horrible as well because it smells like ginger with no bread at all. Shipping charges are unrealistic and who doesn't give the option for USPS? Website has no customer reviews at all unless they are imported from Facebook and then those are the hand selected ones that they want you to see. I am a beginner and I recently ordered for the second time from Candlewic, and I love everything I got, as usual! Friendly staff, quick shipping, and quality product. Website resources make candle making easy to understand, and everyone has loved mine so far! A little bummed that I missed the 2 free pounds of fragrance deal by less than a week, but I know there will be other great deals to come. Wicked Wax Candles loves Candlewic!
