Easy Breezy! Simple fun methods to make your own in kits! Molds, scents, wax, wick and all supplies reasonably priced! Or just buy the candles by pillar, votive, cylindrical, or any shape or in any other container! A wide variety of prices and shapes to fit your holiday and everyday needs!
Terrible customer service. I ordered 5lbs of wax, fragrance, clamshells and tins, that I needed right away. The box showed up and no wax, lady on the phone said "the box weighed 20lbs when it shipped so the wax must have fallen out during shipping". Ha! Are you kidding me?? The candlewic seal was still on the box unbroken. She reluctantly agreed to send more, but wouldn't overnight or even 2nd day ship so the wax showed up way late and we missed a deadline. Thanks a lot.
The customer service is lacking. The woman I spoke with gave me the impression that either she was having a bad day or she was angry at me. I hope her day improves. On that note this is not the first time I've gotten poor customer service with this company and I am pretty sure I won't use them again due to bad scents, bad packaging and poor customer service.
