I just started ordering supplies through candlewic for my store Love Beyond Doors Candles. What I love the most is the shipping through UPS and their prices are better than any other candle supply company. I receive the merchandise extremely fast making it easy to have my products ready for sell in shorter times. Also the merchandise and shipping boxes have always been in good contidion upon arrival. products are good today I give affair rating to the packaging via fedex 50pounds of flaked soy wax I got real lucky the box was beat up the box was not secured enough they did not tape over the seam of the box one flap was open thank goodness it was the bottom because blue plastic bag was open too I lost some flakes, this could of been disastrous please in the future be more diligent in packaging your products I still can'[t believe the blue plastic bag wasn't taped close makes me rethink about ordering from candlewic again
First, ALL of the FO I received are strong, and I really am happy with the selections I made. I don't know how anyone could call them weak, unless they got a bad batch. Wonderful fragrances; not a dud in the batch! There are some fragrances that are unique to Candlewic. They were out of one I really wanted to try, but I believe this is an indication that they rotate fragrances (outside their staple line) often, which is nice. We love their aromas and all their products. As candle manufacturers we are satisfied with their excellent quality, which makes our candles the best in our country.... 😍
You want $14.72 to ship a one ounce bottle of fragrance oil? That's insane! I'm in PA as well, not overseas somewhere. Lol. You should offer a USPS shipping option for people who are only wanting to try a few sample botttles, not gauge them with inflated shipping costs. I can go order 20 pounds of fragrance oil for Maple Street and still only pay $8 for it. What a joke.

We are sorry and on the website we only charge UPS rates. We can always ship Postal Service if you would like. Please call us at 800-368-3352 and they will be more then happy to assist. We do experience a much higher lost shipment rate with the Post Office but definitely the shipping cost on lighter orders will be smaller. Just got my first order via amazon yesterday! I am beyond happy with it. Everything was packaged nicely, love that the instructions were spot on. I am very new to this & made my first candles today. So easy! I do wish it came with clamshells & the tins but I ordered those separately! Great deal & will be ordering more in the near future!
