I've purchased supplies from this site many times but this was my 1st time ordering the aluminum tins. I ordered a dozen of them along with some wax and fragrances. Everything came thrown together in a used box. Some of the tins were smashed and damaged because they were all loose in the box. I called customer service and the rep was rude and dismissive. I am a frequent buyer that was not happy only with customer service today. My first time ever calling for anything. Paid $45 for delivery on an order that was around/about $125. Shipping states it was to be arriving yesterday but arrived today. I needed my items yesterday as I had planned on that. I have NEVER had an issue with these folks when it comes to ordering product; I love the molds, the fragrance oils and the services they offer. I am a customer for life.
I just happened to catch some of these reviews. Some were pretty negative. I have to say, I have been dealing with candlewic for almost 20 years now. I have always been happy with the quality of the product, and customer service. Mistakes are bound to happen, but they have always been handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Sent an email almost three weeks ago asking about a few products ..never got a response.
I love their fragrances for soaps and candles and I usually buy their Soy wax to make my candles... Great prices and great sales
First time purchasing from this company. I was Excited to order my favorite fragrances DNKY be delicious and other fragrances oils . When my order came was very disappointed all of the oils had very weak faint scents .. wish I knew this before I had ordered more .
