Be careful giving your credit card information to this company! They charged me for the second time one month after(!!!) I made my purchase with them! When I tried to call and resolve the problem I was told that I did not pay at all! Those people are liars! Be careful!
The shipping and handling costs are prohibitive yet my package arrived busted open and poorly boxed with insufficient packing material. There has been a marked decrease in the quality of customer service. After many years of buying from Candlewic I have decided to buy my soap making materials from another company-Wholesale Supplies-and see if they are better.

Very bad customer service. Will not be ordering from them again. They is another candle supply company that is within a few miles of them that I will be giving ALL my business to.
QUALITY CANDLEMAKING AND SOAP SUPPLIES
Sent a simple email about candle wick choices on Monday and now it's Friday and I still haven't heard back. I could have gone with another company and had my order by now but I chose to wait for these guys to answer because this is who I wanted to do business with. Now I've decided to go with someone else all because getting back to their customers (or potential customers) isn't a priority for them.
Good prices and quick delivery. One of the best I’ve ordered candle making supplies from so far.
I recently ordered and picked up my order from their location everything was really tidy and the young lady that helped me was nice. still trying out all my goodies.
