A bmw shop that doesn't do walnut blasting is not a shop id trust with a bmw.
Alex and the Tech are professional, courteous, swift with repairs and know exactly what and how to take care of your concerns and get you driving again quickly. I've been several times and will continue to go back with any future concerns. A+ shop !
This was my first BMW maintenence experience. Nathan took me in as a walk in to do an oil change. I was able to wait in a small but simple waiting area where I could even pick my choice of shows & movies. He was honest and straight to the point on the price and maintenance requirements. It was a good stress free experience! I always dread going for car maintenance because I'm not smart on auto procedures and requirements, but I'll definitely be coming back here.
Very helpful customer service they are fast and reliable.
