I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I’ve received. My BMW has been in their possession for nearly four months, and I’ve been very patient throughout this process. Each time I call, I am told they are waiting for the electrician, but I never receive updates from them. I have to reach out repeatedly to check on my car’s status. At first I thought they were OK. I took my vehicle to have my AC recharged. Instead of informing me as a Professional Auto should do and inform a person that they would rather do an diagnosis on my AC system. Because I'm not a mechanic l, trusted that they would have guided me correctly. I paid for a recharge but, within two hours my vehicle was more hotter that it was before l took it to them. Courteous, knowledgeable staff & technicians offer great service that's much more affordable than the franchise dealerships in the area. Highly recommended!
