These people are thieves. They overcharge, and then, if you give them a credit card number they use it to collect more (I'm talking $thousands). Then your credit card company says you have to prove they didn't provide the services or you are stuck paying the extra bill. Meanwhiie they stole $thousands in possessions from the condo of my deceased son --which we can't prove because they say there was nothing there but trash.
