Billy reached out to us to try to resolve an issue we have with them. When a person steps up to the plate to correct a situation to me that is a person of honor. Thank you billy for do this for us. I will recommend this dealership in the future.
I drove an HOUR to my appointment because I live in Chamount. Sat there for about 15 minutes to be told the USED backup camera that they order doesn’t work or is the wrong one so now they have to order a NEW one which they were trying to avoid because it’s $500. So now I have to wait another week and will have to drive another HOUR both ways to get one that actually works out in my car.
Heck of a place . Got our new car tonight. What a pleasant experience dealing with these people. Didn't have to do a thing they did it all. Special thanks to AC Bowman heck of a guy.
