I’m a new driver and have no credit so I was turned down for financing almost everywhere! Ed was able to get me approved for a car and drive it away in that same week! He helped me find the cheapest insurance and made sure everything was already done for me and done for me the right way! I would absolutely recommend Ed to any one looking for a car!
I went to the dealership at the end of June to buy a new to me vehicle. I was informed that 60 days or 3,000 miles if anything goes wrong they would fix it. I brought my vehicle to the dealership within these limits because of a noise and was informed that it was my rear differential and it was under warranty so I would need to take it to a Nissan dealership. Even with the social distance factor John Lindsay worked everything out and had me in my amazing truck in no time.
I don't usually write reviews but kinda irritated. Purchased truck and had a coolant leak a couple days later. Called service and they told me it had a open recall and to call the Dodge dealership. Not even a attempt to look at it. Then the rear camera went bad. Talked to sales (Mike) and he said he would take care of it. After multiple weeks of waiting and service never calling me I decided to buy the camera myself. I told Mike I purchased it because service never called. He asked for the receipt to reimburse me??
