we went in on a Monday said we where approved for a 2019 nissian Sentra was told the car was coming in on a trade so had to wait till Wednesday to get car but he would have all the numbers together on Tuesday we texted our salesperson on that Tuesday he said he would have it together shortly and never heard nothing texted on Wednesday was ignored waited a week reached out to there receptionist I imagine was told that someone from there management team would reach out and then never heard from them so we gave up!
Had a great customer service experience! Particularly Debbie was extremely helpful and pleasant

Mike Vincent, finance manager was great from start to finish. everything went very smooth and I was in my vehicle very quick. everything done from financing, DMV, my insurance notified. all I had to do was get in and drive it away. If looking for a vehicle I would definitely recommend Billy Whitakers.

Mike Vincent was great. Saw two trucks we liked. Was able to do everything over the phone. Set up appointment, test drove the truck and was out the door in 45 mins. Great to deal with. Smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever done. When they say good to go they mean it. Look forward to having them service our truck when needed.
