My daughter bought a car in 2015 and just recently traded it in at another dealer who paid off her loan to find out that not only did they take out a car loan for said car but they took out a personal loan! The car had many issues that it should not have had! But the fact that they "separate" the loan without customer knowledge is totally wrong! This matter is being turned over to a lawyer it is ridiculous that they take advantage of their customers!
My significant other and I, recently purchased TWO cars, 2012 Hyundai Sonata, and a 2014 Nissan Sentry. We didnt plan on buying that day, we were "just looking". We met with AC Bowman, one of the sales reps, and he was fantastic from the get-go!! Also have to give a little bit of credit to Josh Barnello as he is the one who recommended we visit here for our next purchase. I got a car from them a little over a year ago , and it's shit , i had a issue with the car a few days after getting it and they continued to tell me there was nothing wrong with it , and now the problems even worse , my whole steering wheel shakes when I'm driving , they said they put brand new tires on , but guess what they are bald already and I have to replace them and it's only been a little over a year , I'm not happy at all seeing that I pay way more then the car is worth in payments and have this many issues , I call... read more
We went there yesterday and saw AC. Within about 2 hours we were driving home our new truck. Had a great time with AC and he did everything he could to get the truck so we could afford the payments. Thanks to AC for all his help.
Chris Segars helped me get a new truck. I had poor credit but he still worked and helped get me a deal. I'll def be coming back for more business.
Took my truck back to have a key made, free of charge I may add, and have a squeak looked at. I never expected it to be looked at and fixed on the spot. I was amazed at the service I received and no charge since it was within my warranty. Great place to deal with.
