I had great service at Billy Navarre Chevrolet. Mr. Alexis was excellent in dealing with my recall problem. Thank you for a great experience.
Their service department doesn't know what they are doing ; from the advisor, to the techs, to the management, it's plain ridiculous. I have never had an issue with them until now and it's the worst , seems like no one wants to take my complaint and address it including management. They are just money hungry and don't even do the job right for the money you pay. & I still don't even know the issue with my car.
Stacey and the guys went above and beyond to help get me in car I wanted and at a price I could afford Thx so much
