RecommendedI am from out of town, so I couldn't go to my regular honda dealer for service. I pulled up and within 2 mins my service started. All of the employees were friendly and informative. Oil change, tire rotation, and a new air filter was done while I waited inside my car. I was even given a free box of girl scout cookies for purchasing my tire rotation! If I'm ever in lake Charles again and need service I will deff come here.
Horrible customer service, I do not believe they understand what they are even doing? They will keep you there all day saying everything looks good than they try and put you in a piece of junk with an unreasonable high note. Horrible place will not waste my time again!
