My family has used this business for decades, but recently my toddler accidentally broke a key chain that I wanted to replace ASAP. I loaded up the kids as quickly as I could, but was two minutes after they closed by the time I got to the door of the Normal shop. Still, they rushed to open the door and told me, "If we're here, we're open!" then helped me find what I needed. I lost the keys to my car while moving this weekend. I had enough going on and they were such a life saver!! They came out, took the lock and brought my keys right back within about an hour on a Sunday. These guys are the best!
I locked my keys out of my car on a Sunday when the shop was closed but was able to get a hold of the emergency responder to come unlock my car. He was very polite and got there in less than 10 minutes! Definitely learned my lesson to make sure I have my keys before I lock my car, but I know if I do have a situation in the future that I will definitely be calling Bill's again. Thank you for helping me out!

Excellent! Prompt, courteous - and best of all they know all about old houses and their locks. They have a great selection of escutcheons, old knobs and keys.
