RecommendedI have an old china cabinet that we lost the key for. We were worried it would be expensive to come and fix. I called and they actually had a working key at the shop . Stopped in and paid a small fee for the key and it worked when I got home! Very friendly and helpful. My wife is so happy now.

tried to program key to my van but it worked twice .. the take the money but won't make it right chris was a great person but if it doesn't work you should back up your work and make it right.
Absolutely reccomend Bill's!! Came home tonight, tried to unlock the door only to have the lock cylinder pull out of the mechanism😳😳😳 Called Bill's hoping they had emergency service & they DO!!🥳 The Wonderful Wally quickly answered & arrived in 20 mins to save my day! 🤯 In less than another 20 mins, Wonderful Wally had the lock fixed, lubed up and triple checked to ensure it was good to go!! 🥳THANK YOU🥳 to Wonderful Wally for coming out after hours for a quick save!! 🥰 #LifeSaver #WonderfulWally

You know when your stressed leaving for a business trip and lock your keys in your car ? Then spend the next 4 days wondering how your gonna hulk smash your way back into your Hyundai ??? No just me ?? Well if you happen to find yourself locked out Wally is your man. I landed at 1110 pm and he had my keys in my hand by 1120. 💯 recommend. Thank you.
Didn't even have my car for 5 hours and I locked my car from the inside and left the key inside!! Eeek was really upset at myself. Called and they came out and unlocked in less then 5mins! Made me two spares. Only $60 for unlocking. And $6 something for two spares for just unlocking. Going in next month to get a spare for starter up. Knowing me hahaha thanks Bill's Keys and Lock Shop!!! 😊
Amazing service! Answered the emergency line on Easter Sunday and was able to help me over the phone with some tips and tricks to get a stuck bedroom door unlocked. I think we were both happy a service call was not needed in the end, and the dog was happy to be out of the room. Thank you so much!
