I have referred Bill's Key & Lock to many real estate friends but have never needed them personally like I did today. I called at start of business and explained my situation and had someone at the house in about an hour. Andy handled everything efficiently and even fixed a tight deadbolt to work again with ease. Very reasonable and allows me peace of mind again. GREAT job!
Quick response to my call. Chris (I believe that was his name) had my car unlocked in about 10 minutes. Price was a little more than I was expecting. Overall great experience and would recommend them.
