This was my first time ever coming at this car wash I would never come back worst experience ever. it a shot and even tried their Mat washer for $3 for four minutes I now have a soaking wet car mat and the machine stopped within two minutes “ Young gentleman came up took my mat and dried it which is still soaking wet but he says it’s dry and then another guy by the name of John “ the manager” came out and was very very rude and informed me he can wash 10 mats in 4 mins I feel absolutely disgusted by his attitude and the way ... read more

I took my SUV to get cleaned today and expressly communicated to the attendant that I needed the inside to be cleaned very well... $32 later and tip, my SUV was not cleaned properly.. the back row was not vacuumed and there was a potato chip left as well.. I took it during lunch time because I have a very busy schedule.. once I was back at work, I called and explained how dissatisfied I was only to told to come back... Very professional from when we arrived to when we left! Very organized and had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely be back!
Extremely poor cleaning and customer service. If you are going to upsell me a package for certain extra services, you guys better deliver it. This isn't the first time you guys provided me with a very poor service so it took me a while to rate you guys to see if any improvements would be made but in the contrary it's gotten worse. Never will I ever go there for a car wash. I can do a much better job than you guys.
For a detailing... they did not clean center console, inside door handles, door consoles or trunk. The wax and wash was fine.
Wasted $32 on something I could have done myself. No wonder the free vacuums were full.
Love this carwash it's the greatest ... gotta do the monthly unlimited
