Check in went smooth. On the other end, recovery was a nightmare. I've never been shoved out the door in so much pain, ever in my life. Very poor attention was paid to my horrific condition. I hope to never have to return.

Have had great care here for two different procedures. Excellent nurses and doctors. Dr Dresen is fantastic. Highly recommend.
The people checking in were nice and we really appreciate Dr. Mann. It is dirty gross. From the cafeteria, to the waiting room chairs, and the floors. To the point at times it stinks. The seating is old and grungy, needs replaced.
I really didn't know what to expect from my surgical appointment and was so thankful for an excellent outcome. From the information and guidance provided prior to my appointment to the welcoming caring and professional nursing team, the operating room team nurses and doctors including Dr Sebastian (anesthesiologist) and Dr Barry Smith (surgeon). I would definitely recommend the Billings Clinic Surgery Center. Thank you to you all.
