My husband said the bed was a sleep number and the staff were very nice to him.
They are sooooo awful with customers. I called multiple times and they kept hanging the phone up. They never called me back when I left voice mails, and one lady I spoke with (before getting transferred and then hung up on, again) got mad when i complained and interrupted me rudely. They must hate vets or people in general. I am going with another provider and would encourage others to do as well.
My provider faxed a referral 5 times and even mailed and they still claim they haven’t received it. I’ve been trying to get this study done so I can proceed with treatment for 6 weeks and when I call, they are completely unhelpful and just state they do not have it. I will have to go somewhere else and pay put of pocket since this was the one place covered by insurance.
