Went to Billings Clinic all throughout my adolescence, and only seemed to run into problems when it came to the behavioral health / psych center. I recently went to Riverstone Health for a checkup since my Medicaid got cut. I was informed of a serious mental illness diagnosis I had on record with BC, of which I was not informed of. I honestly cannot say this enough, please find another mental health clinic to go to. Incompetent and unhelpful are the least of the problem. Med errors, appointments canceled, rude nurses, and misdiagnoses are all things they will do. I’ve asked multiple times to speak with a manager and it was always dismissed. Finally today I got their number and left a message. Hoping they can resolve those issues.
When I first arrived here, I was very skeptical to receive help for mental health. I started by seeing a kind social worker who gave me a referral to see a young resident at the clinic. Her passion and care for her patients quickly put my mind at ease. After several appointments she talked me into doing therapy, CBT and DBT.
