I never visited a foot specialist before; so I had no idea what to expect. I found Dr. Bondar to be very pleasant, knowledgeable, with a wonderful sense of humor. ( big help since I am very uptight around physicians). She patiently explained what I needed to know and the kind of changes I needed to make. She went out of her way to make sure I understood what the problem was. I was very happy that I had chosen to see her. She obviously knows what she is doing as she exudes a healthy confidence in her decisions.

I can't say enough about Billie Bondar and her staff. I had surgery on both feet and it was the best thing I could have done and wish I knew about her sooner. I am a runner and to give up the sport for what I thought would be a minimum of a year (it was tough). Billie listened to everything I had to say and worked with me to get me back running as soon as possible. I love my new feet and I would recommend Billie Bondar to anyone if they are having issues.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable
