Twenty years ago what started off as a dream for a small town couple (Bill and Margaret Mason) has become a well established and recommended business. From the beginning Bill and Margaret set out to provide a different grooming experience to their customers not only offering great service but also making them feel valued and part of the Mason Family. It was true then and it is just as true now.

My 15-year-old rescue "baby" is very nervous about grooming. Not only did the folks at Billi Bonza do a great job of grooming Jasper, he was in absolutely no rush to go home! A first for us!

As a general rule, Our boys Duke and Baylor really don't like to be away from us. Yet They always come home from Billi Bonz happy and content. Duke likes the pampering, and Baylor loves when we pull up to Billi Bonze's front door. I believe they must be treated very, very well in the back. Also one of our dogs has a special medical condition in which he is not allowed food treats of any kind. No Billi Bonz employee has ever made a mistake by offering Duke a treat in 6 years. I appreciate them being so careful with my boys!

Our dogs have been groomed by BB for years. we have always been happy. This last time not only did they forget to clip his nails (yes they will do it if i bring him back in, like i have time to do that) but they nicked him on his ball sack and his leg. so much so that they are still bleeding a day later. Hope this isn't a sign that quality is going down hill.
