I've been going to Billi Bonze for YEARS. I've taken all of my dogs there for their hair cuts & baths. I LOVE BILLI BOONZE. Margret, the owner and Julian, manger are GREAT!

I had been pleased with this place for almost a year but I took my rough collie today and asked for his usual groom and light trim. The poor dog is utterly unrecognizable. His hair is cut close, unlike anything I had ever asked for. The groomer tried to tell me this was standard. In addition the cut is visibly uneven and they shaved a chunk of his neck near the ear. Absolutely AWFUL! It will take 2 years for his coat to grow back.

We have brought our Yorkie Poo to Billi Bonze for years. Teddy can't Wait to get there! They do an excellent job and are very good to the dogs. They took care of our previous dog, too. We have been happy clients for 23 years!

I picked up my toy Pom and she had a broken tail and half of her tail hair had been ripped out by the roots. I called to ask what happened and they denied it. Really? This puppy is a rescue and has already been through so much that I have just cried for days. This happened last week, one day before my birthday. They also injured one of my Pugs a few years back.
